Pre-Season Basketball Boot Camp
Boot Camp is an opportunity to get in basketball shape and strengthen your overall basketball skills before the first day of practice. Each workout will be intense from start to finish. If you are looking to stretch yourself and your abilities, this is for you.
When: October 13-Oct. 30
3 Weeks- 3 x’s per week
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Times: Boys & Girls together 7:00pm-8:00pm
Location: PCD Fitness (308 SE 9th St.)
Who: Grades 8-12, Boys and Girls
